Leveraging the Heritage of Estée Lauder to Attract New Customers

Estée Lauder presented us with the challenge of leveraging their impressive heritage as the quintessential cosmetics company in a meaningful way to today’s shopper.

We developed Reflections of Beauty: The Estée Lauder Compact Museum. Exclusively available at select Neiman Marcus stores in the U.S. and Canada, the exhibit showcased past and present collections of Estée Lauder’s famous solid perfume compacts. Shoppers were able to inquire about featured products, receive branded collateral and develop a deeper connection with the proud brand. The exhibit also drove immediate traffic to the Estée Lauder counters within the selected stores.

The results:
      •  Proprietary yet significant sales increases resulted
      •  The museum will have a second run this year
